Future population growth is highly dependent on the path that fertility will take. Today, the average woman in Africa has about 4.7 children, while the world average is 2.5 children. To control fertility rates, we strongly believe in the power of education. We are convinced that sex education will play a central role in shaping the size and distribution of the world’s population over the coming decades.
