At GESE, our work is deeply rooted in the belief that education is the most powerful tool for transformation. We are committed to building a generation that values gender equality, understands sexuality education, and is empowered to create sustainable change within their communities.

Promoting /supporting Gender Equality:

We teach young people to challenge harmful gender norms and stereotypes that limit their potential. Through our school and community programs, we encourage both girls and boys to understand equality, respect, and fairness — empowering them to become advocates for a society where everyone has equal opportunities and rights.
Our goal is to raise a generation that values respect, inclusion, and justice for all genders.

Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE)

We believe that informed young people make informed choices. We provide age-appropriate and factual sexuality education to children and adolescents in schools and communities.

Empowering Ugandan Communities:

We extend our efforts beyond classrooms by engaging communities in discussions and trainings that promote social empowerment, economic stability, and mental well-being.

Our community outreach programs focus on:

• Supporting single mothers, widows, and school dropouts with skills and knowledge.
• Providing agricultural support for sustainable livelihoods.
• Raising awareness on trauma, attachment, and mental health.
• Encouraging inclusive participation in community development.

Education and Sponsorship Support

To ensure that no child is left behind, we run the GESE Education Initiative, which provides scholarships, school fees support, and scholastic materials to vulnerable children.
We believe that every child deserves access to quality education regardless of their background — because education is the foundation for equality, dignity, and a brighter future.
